Description and Requirements
- Work closely with the project management team in designing technical solutions for multiple projects and ensuring their efficacy.
- Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve them.
- Prioritize incoming technical issues and perform root cause analyses. Escalate issues (when required) to the appropriate engineer. Provide timely workarounds and solutions when possible.
- Articulate features and differentiate solutions and product offerings to audiences ranging from project managers to end clients.
- Work with clients to help them integrate platform/tool APIs.
- Drive operational efficiency by writing scripts and APIs (Python, JS) to automate day-to-day tasks.
- Work closely with software engineers and the product management team to understand new product capabilities and identify, prioritize, and fix customer issues or code bugs.
- Document technology solutions in precise detail to ensure reproducibility in the future.
- Collaborate with the Software Engineering team to devise efficient and optimal solutions for complex use cases.
Additional Job Description Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Computer Science is preferred.
- Good understanding of data structures.
- 0-1 years of experience in writing automation scripts in Python and Javascript.
- Expertise in writing SQL queries.
- Strong communication skills with experience in presenting data-driven insights.
- A continuous desire to grow and learn.
- Understanding of programming logic and software.
- Systematic problem-solving skills coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
- Curiosity and a proactive mindset to improve processes and implement solutions.
- Knowledge of REST APIs is a plus.
