Responsibilities:

Provide support for NOC operations and overall network operations in a Linux environment.
Perform routine maintenance tasks and provide technical systems support.
Respond to and resolve user support requests efficiently, adhering to established SLAs.
Document operational procedures, troubleshooting steps, and workarounds.
Collaborate with team members on various technical projects and provide assistance as required.
Support non-production environments, deployments, and implementation of system deployment plans.
Monitor system performance and ensure network reliability and uptime.
