Solutions Architect

Field Engineering Bangalore, India Full Time

Partner with enterprise customers to design and deliver production deployments of Zyris's video-native AI platform.

About The Role

You'll be the technical bridge between Zyris and our largest customers, owning the architecture of integrations, leading workshops, and turning complex requirements into shipped solutions.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical discovery and architecture sessions with enterprise prospects.
  • Design reference implementations that integrate Zyris APIs into customer pipelines.
  • Partner with product and engineering to feed customer needs back into the roadmap.
  • Run hands-on workshops and proofs-of-concept for evaluation teams.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role (SA, SE, or similar).
  • Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with media, video, or ML workloads.

Nice to have

  • Background in computer vision or multimodal ML.
  • Prior experience at an AI/ML infrastructure company.
