Job Description

We're not looking for someone who just makes calls and fills a CRM.

We're looking for a closer — someone who understands premium clients, builds trust fast, and drives deals across the line.

NAMO HiFi designs and installs smart home automation, security systems, and integrated tech solutions for homes and businesses across Bengaluru. Our projects range from full-home automation with Curtain Automation, CCTV, Yale smart locks, and multi-room audio — to WiFi 6/7 networking and gate automation.

This is a high-ownership role. You'll own your pipeline, your clients, and your numbers. If you perform, you'll earn well and grow fast. If you're looking for a comfortable corporate job — this isn't it.

What you'll do

  • Generate leads through personal network, referrals, site visits, and digital outreach
  • Meet HNI homeowners, builders, and interior designers to understand requirements
  • Present tailored smart home solutions and create proposals
  • Close deals and coordinate handover to the technical team
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
  • Track your pipeline and report weekly — no micromanagement, but full accountability

Who we're looking for

  • 2–4 years in B2C or B2B sales — preferably in home automation, security systems, IT/networking, interior fit-outs, or premium consumer products
  • Comfortable discussing technical products with confidence (we'll train you on our stack)
  • Has closed deals above ₹1L ticket size before
  • Self-starter — you don't wait for leads to come to you
  • Strong communicator in English and Kannada/Hindi
  • Bengaluru-based, with own vehicle preferred
