Solution Engineering

Key Deliverables:

• Design and deliver customized fintech solutions based on PhonePe products to meet client requirements
• Manage merchant accounts through integration phases and resolve integration issues promptly
• Define and enhance developer and merchant experiences by improving API integrations and processes
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery

Role Responsibilities:

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate PhonePe product solutions
• Conduct feasibility studies and support developers integrating with PhonePe APIs
• Own customer issues reported and ensure timely resolution
• Develop and implement processes for standardized, compliant integration workflows
