Job Description

As a Solution Engineer your main functions/tasks will be:

• Design and develop warehouse automation solutions aligned with customer operational requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to analyze data, create system layouts, and prepare technical proposals for automation systems including conveyors, sortation systems, ASRS, and racking solutions.
• Optimize material flow, system efficiency, and scalability while supporting customer communication and pre-sales activities.
• Cooperate with the Solution Manager to complete other related work.

Job Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor or Master in relevant study (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electro-mechanical Engineering, Logistical engineering or similar discipline).
• Preferably you have more than 5 years relevant working experiences.
• Requires solid experience in solution design, system layout development, and intralogistics automation.
• You are a good listener and communicator, creative and driven to win.
• You have a high degree of initiative and you are a team play who is enjoying working in an international team
• You are fluent in English and willing to travel internationally.
