Lead Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement best practices for data layer design and reporting development.
• Serve as the reporting Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client engagements, ensuring accurate requirements gathering and solution delivery.
• Develop complex dashboards, worksheets, and ad-hoc datasets to support effective storytelling and business insights.
• Design and implement custom tables, views, and data models across SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, and/or Redshift.
• Interface directly with end users to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, both written and verbal.
• Apply advanced understanding of database and data management principles to ensure scalable, efficient BI solutions.
