This role sits at the intersection of Product, Architecture, and Engineering. You will play a key role in shaping solution designs, creating high-quality technical documentation, supporting proposals, and coordinating implementation activities.
We're looking for someone who understands technology deeply and can translate complex business needs into clear, structured, and actionable technical content.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create solution architecture documents, technical specifications, and system diagrams
- Draft proposals, RFP responses, SOWs, product notes, and user guides
- Gather business requirements and convert them into detailed technical requirements
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams during implementation and delivery
- Maintain product documentation, API guides, and release notes
- Participate in client discussions and handle technical clarifications
Desired Skills & Experience :
- 37 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Writing roles
- Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud fundamentals
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
- Ability to create clear architecture diagrams and structured technical content
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
- Experience working with product, engineering, presales, or client-facing tech teams
