Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the support, sales, and operations teams in resolving technical issues.
  • Help the tech team solve technical issues by providing relevant details and data.
  • Work with the product team in collecting user insights and testing the product before releases.
  • Train the operations team on the technical aspects of the product.
  • Document and report Root Cause Analysis issues linked to the product.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience working in software / tech-support / data roles.
  • Fair understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries to extract required data for analysis.
  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal).

Should Have

  • Basic understanding of APIs.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools.
  • Multi-lingual (Basic Hindi is a must).
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with the users.
  • Ability to work at a high pace and very dynamic environment.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, DataDog, Redash, Metabase, etc.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Understanding of tools like Jira, Postman, etc.
  • Good at managing stakeholders.
