About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Solution Engineer to join our engineering team at LoopAI. Senior Product Solution Engineers are crucial drivers of customer success. They are independent problem-solvers, adept at investigating complex customer issues by collaborating with internal engineering, cross-functional teams, and partners. Their expertise lies in analyzing scenarios, developing compelling insights, evaluating potential options, and driving solutions to successful completion. They will act as the first layer of triage between Ops and Engineering Oncall, helping drive faster resolutions and building long-term automation to reduce operational overhead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and debug the technical issues faced by customers. Collaborate with engineering / product and get to the root cause of the issue and evaluate the potential solutions and execute on it
  • Execute on the customization requests received by customers and make relevant code changes or configurations
  • Act as a bridge between Operations and Engineering, owning first-level triage, debugging, and resolution of recurring issues
  • Partner with Ops to understand pain points and proactively deliver tooling/solutions that improve efficiency
  • Go deeper into the codebase and technical architecture to gather context and build deep product expertise over time
  • Drive customer success by directly interacting with customers, understanding their pain points, and proposing effective technical solutions
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on partner integrations and technical enablement
  • Propose, build, and evolve technical solutions and processes to enhance service delivery and product stability

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceAt least 4+ to 8 years of experience in a PSE or similar role
  • Strong problem-solving mindset to investigate and resolve customer issues through hands-on experience
  • Practical experience with essential technical tools, including but not limited to REST APIs, SQL, logs analysis, analyzing production metricsProficiency in scripting, specifically with Python or bash
