Job Title: Solution Engineer (Presales)

Location: Mumbai & Bangalore
What You'll Do:
- Work with sales teams to design, propose, and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations and demos tailored to customer needs.
- Overcome technical objections and position Eventus Security Services effectively.
- Act as the technical voice of the customer within Eventus Security.
- Respond efficiently and competently to the functional and technical elements of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring well-structured, service-centric solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Travel as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in enterprise IT, preferably security focused. Strong technical knowledge of XDR/EDR, Endpoint Security, Networking, Security, Identity Management, Cloud Services, MacOS, Linux, and Windows, preferably with hands-on experience.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with an own the problem AND the solution attitude.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Preferred
Qualifications:
- Customer-facing experience in presales or professional services.
- Experience in an MSP environment.
- Security certifications (CEH, Certified SOC Analyst (CSA), CompTIA Security +, OSCP etc.).
- Previous experience selling XaaS solutions (Software, Infrastructure, SOC/Security).
