Solution Architect - ServiceNow

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and design end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed solution architecture documents and design artifacts.
• Support governance processes and guide projects through the Technology Assurance Process.
• Work closely with Audit Lead Architects, development teams, and third-party vendors.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and business risks.
• Provide regular updates on architecture progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
• Manage and address technical debt with appropriate remediation strategies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies including cloud platforms, microservices, and modern development practices.

Experience Required:

• 11 - 18 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on Solution Architecture.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end enterprise solutions.
• Experience with SaaS-based architectures and cloud platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and architectural best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
