Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define and design end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed solution architecture documents and design artifacts.
- Support governance processes and guide projects through the Technology Assurance Process.
- Work closely with Audit Lead Architects, development teams, and third-party vendors.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and business risks.
- Provide regular updates on architecture progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
- Manage and address technical debt with appropriate remediation strategies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies including cloud platforms, microservices, and modern development practices.
Experience Required:
- 11 - 18 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on Solution Architecture.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementations.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end enterprise solutions.
- Experience with SaaS-based architectures and cloud platforms.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and architectural best practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
