Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture for complex ServiceNow programs across multiple products
- Define an integration strategy with strong security, governance, and reusability principles
- Design highly scalable Service Portal frameworks & custom experiences
- Expert handling of Transform Maps, complex orchestration flows & data governance
- Lead delivery of ITOM implementations, including CMDB maturity initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders in requirements gathering, design, and roadmap planning
- Perform code audits, solution quality checks, and estimate planning
- Enable and coach development teams; define best practices and reusable assets
- Management of restricted integrations involving Compliance and Data Privacy requirements
Certifications (Strongly Preferred):
- CSA, CAD
- CIS in ITOM or another suite
- CTA or Architect-level certification (bonus)
Required Technical Skills:
- 8–12 years in ServiceNow with deep architectural & product experience
- Expertise in Integration Hub, custom apps, and service governance models
- Hands-on experience in ITOM modules and CMDB service mapping
- Proven track record of leading multi-module deployments
