Your Role and Responsibilities Salesforce requirement gathering, drafting business cases, requirement walkthroughs with stakeholders, requirement documentation, and providing clarifications to stakeholders. Salesforce Business Analyst, good verbal and written communication, skilled in articulation of functional requirements to technical counterparts and vice versa.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation knowledge: Experience in end-to-end Salesforce solutioning/designing experience, fit-gap analysis, impact analysis, and estimation experience.
• API integration knowledge: The structure and integrity of data flowing into, and out from, Salesforce.

Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education

• Master's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in designing data models and architecture diagrams.
• Knowledge in performance improvement and tuning.
• Knowledge in exception handling, alerting, and monitoring mechanisms.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Provide deep technical and industry expertise to banking sector clients.
