THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an
experienced DevOps Architect with
8+ years of expertise in designing and implementing
enterprise-grade DevOps and cloud infrastructure architectures. This role is perfect for a visionary engineer who can translate business goals into secure, scalable, and high-performing systems while guiding teams toward excellence in automation, reliability, and efficiency.
Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end DevOps architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency across environments.
- Architect and implement enterprise-level CI/CD pipelines for multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
- Design infrastructure automation frameworks using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
- Lead container orchestration strategy with Kubernetes, service mesh technologies, and microservices deployment models.
- Establish DevSecOps practices, integrating security, compliance, and governance into every stage of the delivery pipeline.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define cloud-native reference architectures for AI, data, and agentic workloads.
- Oversee observability strategy — logging, metrics, tracing, and incident response processes.
- Drive cost optimization and capacity planning across AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments.
- Mentor senior DevOps engineers, setting coding and automation best practices.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concepts for strategic adoption.
Skills Requirements
- 8+ years in DevOps, CloudOps, or Site Reliability Engineering, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.
- Deep expertise in AWS (multi-account architectures, security, and networking), with exposure to Azure/GCP.
- Proven track record in designing CI/CD frameworks with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar at enterprise scale.
- Advanced experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
- Expertise in scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or Go.
- Solid understanding of cloud security architecture, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
- Experience designing observability and monitoring architectures with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and hybrid/multi-cloud patterns.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
