- As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in translating client requirements into innovative, deliverable solutions using your deep expertise in technology, functions, or platforms. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams to create solutions that align with the client's value proposition and business case, ensuring that the solutions are both winnable and deliverable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME): Expected to be a subject matter expert in your domain, providing guidance to both internal teams and clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to manage, guide, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Decision-Making: Take ownership of key decisions made by the team, ensuring that they align with the overall project and business goals.
- Cross-Team Contribution: Engage with multiple teams, contributing to critical decisions that span different areas of the project.
- Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that meet the client's needs.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and support to the project teams, ensuring that solutions are implemented correctly and efficiently.
- Architecture Reviews: Conduct architecture reviews regularly and recommend improvements to ensure the quality and success of the solution.

- Proficiency in Solution Architecture, with a strong track record of designing and delivering solutions.
- In-depth understanding of cloud computing technologies and how to implement them effectively within enterprise environments.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions across various industries.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices in solution architecture, ensuring solutions are both efficient and sustainable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, with a focus on designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
- Location: This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- Education: A full-time education (Bachelor's or equivalent) is required.
