Job Description

Industry: Solar Power / Renewable Energy

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Solar Industry Mandatory)

Salary: Fix pay + Incentives (Based on interview and experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Solar Sales Professional to join our growing renewable energy team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the solar power industry and a proven track record in business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead generation and business development for solar rooftop / EPC projects

·        Handle complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

·        Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement analysis

·        Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals

·        Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams

·        Develop and maintain relationships with clients

·        Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

·        Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and MIS reports

·        Keep updated with solar policies, subsidies, and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in solar power sales (mandatory)

·        Strong understanding of Solar parks, solar EPC projects, rooftop systems, and net metering, DISCOM processes

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·        Ability to work independently and close deals

·        Local market knowledge of Surat and/or Vapi preferred

·        Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus

·        Willingness to travel

·        Should have own vehicle
