About Role:

This role involves acquiring and understanding client needs, developing tailored sales growth strategies, and supporting their execution through close collaboration with clients and internal teams. The position requires conducting in-depth market and competitor analysis, monitoring key sales metrics, and providing continuous insights to drive revenue growth. It also includes building strong client relationships, addressing challenges proactively, and ensuring seamless delivery of consulting solutions. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Understanding:-

  • Research potential clients within the target market to understand client industry, business model, and sales challenges.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their specific needs, goals, and current sales performance.
  • Identify key business challenges hindering sales growth such as low lead generation, ineffective marketing, and competitive pressure.

Strategy Development & Implementation:-

  • Analyze the client's products and services to understand their unique selling points, sales terms, and offerings.
  • Collaborate with the client to develop a sales growth strategy that addresses their challenges and leverages their strengths.
  • Set achievable and measurable sales targets for the client's sales department.
  • Provide on-site assistance to the client's sales team throughout the implementation process to support the successful execution of the plan.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop complementary strategies, such as branding, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Break down the sales growth strategy into actionable steps with timelines and responsibilities to create an implementation plan.

Monitoring & Analysis:-

  • Keep track of sales metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns and adjust your strategies accordingly.
  • Regularly present progress reports and insights to your clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Client Relationship Management:-

  • Analyze your monthly sales data to identify trends and forecast future performance.
  • Analyze your competitors sales performance and strategies to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with client stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Set realistic expectations and proactively address potential challenges.
  • Be prepared to adapt the strategy and negotiate solutions based on client feedback and changing circumstances.
  • Foster positive relationships with the client team to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Find solutions to complex business problems impacting the client's sales growth.

Preferred candidate profile:

Education: Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
