Description
We are seeking Software Testers to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about software quality and eager to learn. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases based on software requirements and specifications.
- Identify, record, and track bugs through the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test scripts.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the quality of the software.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is maintained after changes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in writing test cases and executing them effectively.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
- Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, QTP, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
