HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Develop and execute comprehensive software test plans for the CNS CMG product to ensure high product quality.
- Design and implement test automation strategies that improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Script, execute, and maintain detailed tests to validate feature functionality according to product specifications.
- Integrate Quality Assurance practices throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring quality standards are met from inception to deployment.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to facilitate timely resolutions.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Master's degree in computer science, or Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience or Masters with 1-2 years of experience in a related networking field
- Experience in test automation and scripting languages such as Python, Tcl, or Ksh/Bash.
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as IPv6/IPv4 and TCP.
- Familiarity with 3GPP standards (UMTS, LTE, 5G).
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with packet core network elements, such as PGW, SGW, SMF, and E2E call flows for 4G and 5G.
- Knowledge of NFV (Network Function Virtualization) and technologies such as Kubernetes, Openstack, VMware, KVM/QEMU.
