The Application Support Specialist delivers L2 operational support for telecom applications-primarily SON (Self-Organizing Network) modules-within a RAN-focused environment.
You will handle incident resolution, RCA, performance tuning, release support, and automation using Python and Linux, collaborating with L1/L3 teams, developers, vendors, and network operations to ensure resilient, SLA-compliant services
