Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Software Sales Executive. The role involves generating leads, developing and managing client relationships, delivering compelling sales presentations, and driving software sales. The Software Sales Executive is expected to use a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals. The role also includes meeting sales targets and contributing to the company's growth through strategic client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Software Sales and tools relevant to the sales process
  • Strong skills in creating and delivering impactful Sales Presentations
  • Experience in Lead Generation and developing new business opportunities
  • Expertise in Consultative Selling to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding Sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Previous experience in selling tech-based products or services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
