Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and engage prospects via direct visits, cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Attend networking events, community gatherings, and industry hearings to generate leads
  • Research the market to develop warm leads and handle inbound/outbound leads (ABM)

Solution Selling & Demonstrations

  • Understand customer pain points and educate them on the right solutions
  • Conduct live product demos to showcase features and value
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional products/modules as required

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Use CRM tools to track progress, manage prospects, and report to management
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure no leads are lost

Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Focus on achieving daily and weekly sales and activity targets
  • Follow up proactively to convert leads into closed deals
