Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage prospects via direct visits, cold calls, emails, and social media
- Attend networking events, community gatherings, and industry hearings to generate leads
- Research the market to develop warm leads and handle inbound/outbound leads (ABM)
Solution Selling & Demonstrations
- Understand customer pain points and educate them on the right solutions
- Conduct live product demos to showcase features and value
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products/modules as required
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Use CRM tools to track progress, manage prospects, and report to management
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure no leads are lost
Revenue & Target Achievement
- Focus on achieving daily and weekly sales and activity targets
- Follow up proactively to convert leads into closed deals
