Software Project Lead

Worked in Steering/Power train/Brakes/Transmission domain

Should have good experience in embedded SW design and development projects

Planning and scheduling of development projects for worldwide customer requirements

EPS/Steering system experience in preferable

Knowledge / experience with Safety-standards (IEC61508, ISO26262,ASPICE )

Hands on experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe preferable

Responsible for complete ownership of the project from requirement to delivery

Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management

Should possess strong customer interfacing skills along with good business acumen

Should Lead, self-driven and motivate the team to achieve the project goals and customer expectation.

Flexible to handle pressure in adverse situations

Must have worked on any of the 8/16/32 bit microcontroller/ microprocessor

Should have Experience on ADC/DIO/I2C/CAN/Flex-Ray/LIN and Low Level Drivers

Knowledge on AUTOSAR is preferable

Hands-on experience with DOORS/Clear Quest/ Enterprise Architecture

Hands on experience in project acquisition

Should Improve the process and productivity of the team

Should be able to handle the team size of more than 10 Members
