The Mission: Engineering the Agentic Finance Engine

We are architecting the real-time, cognitive infrastructure that allows financial data to

self-reconcile across distributed environments through agentic systems.

The industry is reaching a tipping point: shifting from static records to autonomous, agentic

systems. We are building the specialized middleware—combining high-performance system

languages and low-latency event buses—to make this transition possible.

We aren't looking for feature-builders; we are looking for the architects who want to build the

Core Responsibilities

● Project Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects, from

initial scoping and requirements gathering to final deployment and post-launch review.

● Sprint Orchestration: Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint

planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to maintain team velocity and focus.

● Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and

business leadership, providing regular updates on project health, milestones, and potential

blockers.

● Resource Allocation: Manage developer and designer workloads to ensure optimal

distribution of tasks based on priority, skill set, and deadlines.

● Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical or operational risks, developing

contingency plans to prevent project delays or budget overruns.

● Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including

functional specifications, roadmaps, and progress reports using tools like Jira, Linear, or

Asana.

● Quality Assurance Alignment: Coordinate with QA teams to ensure that all deliverables

meet defined acceptance criteria and high-performance standards before release.

Technical & Professional Qualifications

● Project Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience managing software

development projects within a fast-paced technology environment.

● Agile Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks,

with a proven ability to adapt these methodologies to suit team dynamics.

● SDLC Knowledge: A strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),

including an understanding of how backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams interact.

● Management Tool Proficiency: Expert-level experience with project management

software (Jira, Confluence, Trello) and version control workflows (GitHub/GitLab).

● Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable

technical tasks for engineering teams.

● Strategic Prioritization: Strong competency in managing competing priorities and

making data-driven decisions to meet critical deadlines.

● Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity,

transparency, and conflict resolution within technical teams
