Key deliverables:

1. Design and develop scalable, maintainable web-based business applications
2. Own end-to-end implementation of high-volume, low-latency distributed systems
3. Apply deep OOP and concurrency principles to real-world problem solving
4. Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams for feature impact and iteration

Role responsibilities:

1. Write high-quality, unit-tested code using TDD principles
2. Conduct architectural impact analysis and drive incremental system changes
3. Mentor junior engineers and lead medium-scale project executions
4. Optimize performance of multi-threaded and concurrent applications on Linux platforms
