About the Role

Weare looking for asoftwareengineerwhoenjoyssolving practical problems through scripting, automating repetitive workflows, and improving data qualityworkflows.This role focuses on building internal tools, connecting systems, and improving operational workflows that reduce manual effort and scale data processing and management workflows. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their engineering skills in a fast-moving, applied AI environment you'll spend most of your time writing code and solving problems that directly impact team efficiency.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain automation scripts and internal lightweight toolsto support operations teams.
Develop, troubleshoot and optimize enterprise integrationsto ensure seamless data exchange.
Implement programmatic quality checksto improve data consistency and accuracy.
Support the rollout of technical solutionsby documenting, and iterating based on feedback.
Build and support integrationsbetween internal systems and third-party tools
Maintain and improve existing workflowsas the teams needs evolve.
What We Are Looking For
Proficiency in at least one scripting or general-purpose language. Preferably in Python and/or JavaScript
Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of JSON, APIs and webhooks.
Experience with AWS and other cloud platforms.
Curious and self-driven, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate efficiently with other engineering teams.
Requirements
3+ years of engineering or technical experience (internships and projects count).
Bachelor's degree with an engineering or analytics focused field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Javascript, C#)
Curiosity about AI/ML technologies and a drive to keep learning.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-coding technologies (Cursor, ClaudCode, etc.) is a plus.
