Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer you will:

  • contribute to business-critical initiatives in Microsoft Security
  • Requiring deep technical skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new areas.
  • Will improve the end-to-end lifecycle of services
  • Your role involves working on high-end technologies and collaborating across disciplines to deliver impactful features.
  • You will also collaborate with multiple teams across Microsoft to deliver key customer solutions.
  • Analyze complex system behavior and apply modern engineering practices to streamline deployments and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including handson development in one or more modern programming languages such as C, Java, C++, Python.
  • Strong understanding of core software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, objectoriented design, and scalable system principles.
  • Experience developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining productionquality code, following established coding standards and development processes.
  • Working knowledge of cloud, distributed systems, or servicebased architectures, with exposure to reliability, performance, and monitoring concepts.
