You'll shape test strategy, strengthen our automation frameworks, and collaborate deeply with engineering to build products that are resilient, scalable, and trustworthy.
What you'll do
Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality delivery across front-end, backend, and platform components.
Review feature specs and create test plans that fully validate business logic, UI/UX behaviour, edge cases, and end-to-end user scenarios.
Partner with the Agile team to ensure feature-level acceptance criteria are fully automated and validated.
Build, maintain, and scale automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
Contribute to our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins / similar) by integrating automated test suites and improving release reliability.
Perform API-level and microservices testing using REST/JSON frameworks.
Spin up test environments quickly using cloud resources and infra tools (AWS, containers, virtualized testbeds).
Debug issues across the stack client, server, network and ensure clear, actionable bug reports.
Collaborate in backlog grooming, effort estimation, and release readiness reviews.
Champion best practices for quality, reliability, automation coverage, and early defect detection.
What you'll bring
Experience
1-3 years of experience in test automation, scripting, and QA for web applications, APIs, or distributed systems.
Strong hands-on scripting skills Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Robot Framework.
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Katalon, or similar.
Understanding of CI/CD systems: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, ADO, etc.
Solid knowledge of REST API testing, microservices validation, and backend workflows.
Knowledge of virtualized test environments, Docker, container orchestration, or cloud-based environments.
Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP (any one) is a plus.
Technical Strengths
Good understanding of web technologies, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, cookies, sessions, authentication flows, etc.
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, etc.) are a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills able to isolate issues across network, UI, API, or infra layers.
