Job Description
Lead automation efforts for critical features across web and mobile platforms,
from planning through release.
Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium with
Java or Python-based frameworks for web applications and Appium for iOS
and Android.
Design and execute API testing using tools like Postman and frameworks
such as Pytest, ensuring robust backend validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, and
DevOps to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business
goals.
Take full ownership of the end-to-end QA process, including requirement
analysis, test planning, execution, reporting, and sign-offs.
Conduct test case reviews, ensuring clarity, completeness, and traceability to
requirements.
Perform end-to-end testing across embedded systems, cloud services, APIs,
and mobile interfaces.
Actively participate in release planning, regression cycles, and manage pre
and post-release QA activities.
Mentor junior team members, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure
timely and high-quality delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.S in Computer Science, Electronics, or related
fields.
26 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation
across web, mobile, and API layers.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Flutter, BDD, TDD frameworks.
Must have worked on at least a couple of projects for complete automation
with deep knowledge.
Experience with load testing tools like Apache Bench, JMeter, sysbench, or
similar.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Working knowledge of Linux-based systems, embedded technologies, and
networking concepts.
Exposure to chaos engineering and resilience testing practices.

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on team
collaboration and delivery excellence.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for quality engineering.
