Job Title: Software Development Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Extension Suite
Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education (typically a bachelor's degree or equivalent)
Role Description:
- Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more client projects.
- Perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work on applications.
- Collaborate closely with team members, engage in code reviews, and ensure the quality of application code.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage the team's performance and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and project delivery.
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across other teams.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help junior members improve.
- Participate in design discussions, contribute innovative ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Ensure efficient delivery within Agile methodologies.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Extension Suite (must-have).
- Strong experience in software development principles and methodologies.
- Coding and testing experience with application components.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
