Inviting applications for the role Principal Consultant - QA Automation & AI Integration (Backend)

This role focuses on building the engine of an AI-assisted testing platform - integrating GPT-4o with QA workflows and enabling testers to move from requirements to automation faster and more consistently.

Key Responsibilities:Build backend services in Python/Flask to support QA use cases Implement AI-driven features such as: Test case and BDD generation Automation script scaffolding Test duplication and coverage analysis Integrate GPT-4o responsibly with guardrails, prompt templates, and repeatability

Design APIs that support test management, automation, and reporting tools Persist and version test artifacts in PostgreSQL Support integration with CI/CD pipelines and test execution tools Write automated tests for backend services (practice what we preach)

Minimum Qualifications/ Skills

Required Skills & Experience of backend development experience Strong Python skills with Flask or similar frameworks Understanding of test automation concepts and frameworks Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) Experience integrating external APIs (AI or testing tools)

PreferredQualifications/ Skills

Experience as a test automation engineer or SDET Familiarity with BDD (Gherkin, Cucumber) Experience generating or maintaining automation frameworks
