Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency within the business context.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving activities.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications efficiently.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration within ServiceNow environments.
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
