About the Role:
We're looking for a Social Media Strategist who brings strategic thinking, creative instinct, and platform fluency. Someone who understands the nuance of B2B storytelling, the pace of B2C content, and the art of turning ideas into engaging narratives. This role involves daily client interaction, ownership of strategy and content, and seamless coordination with internal and external teams.
What You'll Do:
- Build and execute channel specific strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Use industry knowledge to inform content POV, competitive benchmarks, and creative direction
- Interact with clients daily to understand priorities and translate them into content plans
- Manage content calendars, timelines, delivery and reports.
- Write and edit clear and platform ready copy for social media channels, videos, blogs and campaigns
- Develop campaigns that balance thought leadership, brand storytelling, and engagement
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and external partners
- Use data to refine strategy, content direction, and campaign performance and identify growth opportunities for the account
- Support new business by contributing to social-first ideas, pitch decks, and client acquisition content
Who You Are;
- A self-starter who thinks beyond checklists and a critical thinker who uses AI to your advantage
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C content ecosystems, especially thought leadership and leadership comms.
- Clear grip on thought leadership, leadership communication, and strategic content writing & storytelling.
- Fluent in different trending formats including reels, shorts, carousels, long form and short-form content.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Agency experience is must.
