Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager/ Executive to promote and sell residential properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the buying process.

LOCATION IS MIRA-BHAYANDAR
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through site visits, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calling.
- Handle walk-in clients and provide detailed information about residential projects.
- Conduct property site visits and project presentations.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, CRM) for smooth closure of deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and transactions in CRM
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (residential must))
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
- Good knowledge of local real estate market.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills.
