Neeraali Digital is looking for a performance-oriented Social Media Strategist (1–2 Years Experience) who understands brand positioning and can turn strategy into measurable growth.

What You'll Own

You won't just manage pages. You'll build structured social growth systems.

Brand to Content Execution

• Translate brand positioning into content pillars

• Maintain messaging consistency across platforms

• Ensure every piece of content aligns with business objectives

Strategic Content Planning

• Build monthly content calendars aligned with business goals

• Plan reels, carousels, static posts, and campaign creatives

• Write strong hooks that drive attention and action

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Track KPIs: Reach, Saves, Engagement Rate, CTR, Leads, CPL

• Identify patterns and optimize content accordingly

• Recommend strategic improvements based on data

Paid + Organic Alignment

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads fundamentals

• Align organic strategy with paid campaigns

• Brief designers and video editors for high-performing creatives

Team & Client Coordination

• Work closely with designers and editors

• Provide clear briefs and structured timelines

• Assist in preparing performance reports

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing

• Agency experience preferred

• Strong understanding of brand positioning fundamentals

• Performance-driven mindset (not vanity metrics)

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

• Strong copywriting and reel scripting skills

• High ownership and willingness to grow

Compensation

25,000 – 35,000 per month

(As per Bangalore market standards, based on capability and execution quality)
