Role Overview

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. You'll work closely with founders & the team to take ideas from different discussions, and turn them into engaging social media content.

What You'll Do

• Turn ideas into social media posts, reels, and campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities.
• Understand what the audience wants and create content they enjoy.
• Keep improving content based on performance and feedback.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific strategies. 
• Quick thinker who can turn ideas into content fast.
• Creative, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Understands social media trends and what works.
• Takes ownership and delivers work on time.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field; experience with B2B or consulting-focused brands is an advantage.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and basic understanding of paid social campaigns.
