Role Overview
We are looking for a
Social Media Manager who will own our brand's social media presence end-to-end from strategy and planning to publishing and performance tracking. This role focuses on
thinking + execution, not design or editing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly and weekly social media strategies
- Create structured content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Manage posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts,Quora,Reddit etc.)
- Coordinate with the graphic designer/video editor and content executive
- Ensure brand tone, messaging, and consistency across platforms
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
- Prepare basic weekly/monthly performance reports
- Monitor trends and suggest new content formats
- Oversee basic community engagement (comments, DMs) in early stages
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years of experience managing brand social media accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video platforms
- Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools
- Good analytical skills and understanding of social media metrics
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to translate business goals into content strategy
Good to Have
- Experience in EdTech / Tech / Digital-first brands
- Knowledge of basic SEO and hashtags
- Exposure to influencer or campaign planning
