This is a full-time on-site Social Media Strategist role based in Noida. The Social Media Strategist will develop and execute innovative and engaging social media strategies to drive brand visibility and audience engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, optimizing content for various platforms, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with the creative team, and staying updated with trends in social media and digital marketing.

• Experience with Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to manage audiences effectively
• Proficiency in creating and executing Content Strategies tailored for diverse audiences
• Deep understanding of social media analytics and trends to inform strategic decisions
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and align campaigns with brand objectives
• Experience with digital marketing tools and scheduling platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in social media or digital marketing roles is advantageous
