About the Role
We're looking for a Brand/Content/Campaign Strategist who can turn insights into powerful campaign ideas. This role is for someone who understands consumer behavior, brand positioning, and digital ecosystems, and can bridge the gap between strategy and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development- Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks and Develop long-term and campaign-specific brand strategies
- Consumer & Market Insights- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation and Translate data into actionable insights and creative briefs
- Campaign Planning- Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to develop integrated campaigns and Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels
- Client Collaboration- Work closely with clients to understand business goals and brand challenges Present strategic recommendations and campaign ideas
- Creative Briefing Write clear, inspiring briefs for creative teams and Guide execution to ensure alignment with strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- 26+ years of experience in brand strategy, planning, or advertising
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and consumer behavior
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically
