Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Strategist to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Key responsibilities include creating and curating content across platforms, optimizing social media performance, developing public relations campaigns, and analyzing social media metrics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals will also be a critical part of your daily duties.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Communication
• Experience in Public Relations and managing brand perception
• Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to guide strategies
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with social media advertising tools and analytics platforms is a plus
• Minimum experience of 2 years
