About The Opportunity

We are hiring an on-site Social Media Specialist to own day-to-day social channels, drive organic growth, and support paid social performance. This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and performance marketing and will work closely with product, design, and demand-generation teams to amplify brand voice and move measurable business KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute channel-specific social media strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok) aligned to product marketing and lead-generation goals.
  • Create, edit, and schedule high-impact contentshort-form video, carousel posts, thought leadership, and ad creativesusing content calendars and publishing tools.
  • Manage community and engagement: respond to inbound messages, foster conversations, and escalate sales or support opportunities to relevant teams.
  • Plan and run paid social experiments (audience testing, creative A/Bs), optimize budgets and targeting to maximize conversions and reduce cost-per-lead.
  • Monitor channel performance using analytics tools; translate insights into weekly reports and iterative content optimizations to improve reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, and content writers to maintain consistent brand voice, on-brand creative, and campaign alignment.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven track record managing brand social accounts and executing content calendars for B2B or SaaS brands.
  • Strong copywriting for social formats and ability to adapt brand voice across channels.
  • Hands-on experience with organic publishing and paid platforms: Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Competence with analytics tools and dashboarding (Google Analytics, native platform insights) to track KPIs and report ROI.
  • Practical skills in content creation tools Canva, short-form video editing, basic image editing.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to translate product messaging into social content.

Preferred

  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B lead generation.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Premiere for higher-fidelity creative production.
  • Knowledge of TikTok Creator Tools and community-led growth tactics.
