Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end social content execution: plan, produce, and publish platform-optimized posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube to meet weekly content calendars.
- Manage community and engagement: respond to comments and messages, cultivate conversations, and escalate feedback to product/operations when needed.
- Plan and run paid social campaigns: set up audiences, creative A/B tests, bid strategies and conversion tracking to hit acquisition and engagement KPIs.
- Monitor performance and deliver actionable reports: translate channel metrics into recommendations for creative, cadence, and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with talent marketing, design and content teams to ensure on-brand creative, consistent messaging and timely campaign rollouts.
- Stay current on platform updates, emerging formats and competitor activitypropose experiments to drive growth and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical ability with experience turning channel metrics into optimizations and growth experiments.
- Comfortable working on-site in India and collaborating across content, design and hiring teams.
