Role overview
This role owns social media as a business system, not a publishing calendar.
You will lead paid and organic social across Bay6.ai and Xemplar, with a US-first perspective. The objective is to build credibility, grow the right audience, and translate social activity into measurable business impact. You will also run creator programs and manage community interactions with a formal, professional, brand-led voice.
Required qualifications:
- 6 to 9+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, InsurTech, or adjacent categories.
- Proven experience owning paid and organic social end-to-end, including campaign execution and optimization.
- Strong writing and editorial judgment with a formal, professional, brand-led tone suitable for US buyers.
- Demonstrated ability to build content systems and calendars aligned to business priorities.
- Strong understanding of performance reporting, testing, and basic attribution principles.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, with some overlap for US hours when required.
Key responsibilities:
Social content strategy and execution:
- Own the social strategy, content plan, and publishing cadence across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Build a repeatable content system that includes product narratives, proof-led storytelling, POV content, campaign support, and timely market-relevant posts.
- Maintain clear content lanes so Bay6 and Xemplar stay distinct in positioning while consistent in voice and quality.
- Create and manage a monthly and quarterly content calendar aligned to launches, campaigns, events, and outbound priorities.
Community and brand presence:
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across channels, including comments, DMs, and brand mentions.
- Build response standards, escalation workflows, and reputation protection practices.
- Identify opportunities for surprise-and-delight moments and community-driven content to generate UGC and earned visibility.
Paid social ownership:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube (Meta as needed).
- Own targeting, segmentation, creative direction, budget pacing, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
Ensure strong landing page alignment with message, audience, and offer.
Creator and influencer programs:
- Identify and onboard relevant US creators and niche voices across AI, education, CX, and insurance technology.
- Run creator programs end-to-end: outreach, briefs, approvals, publishing coordination, and performance tracking.
- Build a repeatable motion for timely partnerships that support credibility and demand.
Measurement and performance reporting:
- Define KPIs tied to awareness quality, engagement quality, traffic intent, and campaign outcomes.
- Deliver weekly performance summaries with insights and specific recommendations.
- Maintain consistent tagging and campaign hygiene to support accurate performance analysis.
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales to align messaging with GTM priorities.
- Repurpose long-form assets into social-native formats to maximize distribution and efficiency.
