Our next step is to build an AI engine that understands social media marketing better than most marketers an engine that knows what content works, what drives reach, what brings followers, what generates leads, and what closes sales.

To make this possible, we are hiring a Social Media Marketing Domain Expert whose experience and marketing intelligence will become the foundation of this AI system.

This will be one of the most impactful roles at ZocialOne.

We are specifically looking for someone whose work has delivered visible, measurable revenue growth for small businesses whether driven through organic content or paid campaigns. Your results should be real, repeatable, and backed by case studies or public examples.

Small businesses don't understand algorithms, content psychology, hooks, funnels, or retention.

They need an AI that thinks like a seasoned marketer and that intelligence will come from you.

You will shape the AI brain that will power social media marketing for:

• 70% of small businesses in India
• 300M+ small businesses globally

This is not a marketing job.

This is a legacy-building role.

• Define how the AI understands content, platforms, audience behavior, and performance
• Build frameworks describing what content works for different business categories
• Translate real marketing experience into rules, patterns, and decision-making models
• Analyze platform trends and distill insights into usable logic for AI models
• Work closely with founders, AI engineers, and product teams to build the core intelligence layer
• Review and refine AI-generated output to ensure accuracy and market relevance
• Contribute to ZocialOne's long-term marketing direction as the product scales

• 712+ years of experience exclusively in social media marketing
• Demonstrated ability to generate consistent, visible outcomes reach, leads, and revenue with both large and minimal budgets.
• Proven success helping small businesses grow through both organic and paid strategies
• Deep platform knowledge across Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, etc.
• Ability to explain why certain content performs and predict how content will perform
• Strong understanding of hooks, content psychology, platforms, formats, funnels, and performance metrics
• Hands-on experience running campaigns end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting
• Experience working across diverse SMB categories: retail, food, beauty, fitness, services, real estate, and more
• Ability to convert complex marketing thinking into structured logic for AI systems
• A portfolio of case studies, documented results, or public examples of businesses you have scaled
• Strong thought-leadership profile: published articles, research papers, marketing frameworks, case studies, webinars, or public speaking

This role has the potential to evolve into a senior leadership position as we scale, including ownership of ZocialOne's overall marketing strategy.
