Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Expert with hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta platforms.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Strategize, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram).
- Develop media plans based on client/business goals such as lead generation, conversions, sales, and brand visibility.
- Set up campaigns including audience targeting, budgeting, ad placements, and A/B testing.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, ROAS and Conversion Rate.
- Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Work with Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva/Figma or similar tools for designing ad visuals.
- Collaborate with the creative/content team to ensure ads are visually attractive and aligned with campaign goals.
- Develop visually appealing thumbnails, banners, and animated ad formats.
- Use creative best practices for CTR improvement and audience engagement.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid ad campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel Setup, Events, and API integration.
- Proven experience in achieving campaign objectives like ROI, ROAS, Leads, or Sales.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and performance optimization.
