Summary

We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy, and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. The role requires someone who can plan and create engaging content, design marketing collaterals, manage social media calendars, run digital campaigns, and support lead generation and brand-building initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends & algorithms, content formats, audience engagement, and campaign performance. They should be comfortable using design tools, AI-powered content creation platforms, and digital marketing tools to improve content quality, campaign effectiveness, and online visibility. Experience in paid social media campaigns, LinkedIn marketing, and performance-driven content will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.

Content Creation & Curation

  • Research industry trends and curate relevant content for social media channels.
  • Write engaging captions, LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, and marketing copy.
  • Create thought leadership and employer branding content.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop business-focused content.

Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral

  • Design social media creatives, banners, infographics, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital assets.
  • Create visual content optimized for different social media platforms.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
  • Analyze engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend strategies to improve performance and audience engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong graphic design and content creation capabilities.
  • Ability to independently manage social media calendars and campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with paid social media campaigns is desirable.
  • Experience working in B2B, consulting, professional services, education, or technology sectors will be an advantage.
