Job Description Marketing & Creative Specialist

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/On-ground at events as required)

Reporting To: Co Founder/Director

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaigns

Plan, strategize, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Meta, and Google Ads to drive ticket sales and vendor sign-ups.

Strong expertise in both video + Static with great communication skills (Gen Z)

Build and manage annual marketing calendars, aligning campaigns with each event edition's theme.

Manage influencer collaborations, media partnerships, and PR initiatives to maximise event visibility.

Analyse campaign performance, prepare post-event reports, and recommend strategies for growth.

Creative & Branding

Conceptualize and oversee creative campaigns - from key visuals, reels, and stories to OOH and partnerships.

Develop quirky, warm, and relatable brand voice for all communication, maintaining SSS's signature tone.

Work closely with the Merchandising team to ensure brand consistency across platforms.

Lead storytelling campaigns and community-driven narratives that bring the SSS spirit alive across digital and on-ground platforms.

Community & Vendor Marketing

Design and execute vendor marketing strategies across categories (fashion, lifestyle, art, food, wellness, etc.).

Work on collaborative campaigns with Shark Tank India brands and sustainable partners.

Curate and highlight brand journeys, eco-conscious initiatives, and diverse vendors.

On-Ground Event Marketing

Conceptualize and manage on-ground activations with sponsors and partners.

Support event experience with creative installations, brand lounges, and interactive zones.

Coordinate with partners/NGOs on sustainability and community initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

35 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or creative communications (event/festival experience is a big plus).

Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance metrics, and social media strategy.

Excellent copywriting skills with flair for warm, engaging storytelling.

Creative thinker with experience in campaign ideation, content strategy, and brand positioning.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, and partners simultaneously.

Strong project management and coordination skills.

Passion for art, music, indie brands, sustainability, and live events.

CTC offered: 2.4 lacs - 7.2 lacs p.a.
