Key Responsibilities:-
- Social Media Management
- Plan, manage, and execute monthly social media calendars across multiple platforms.
- Ideate and develop engaging content including statics and videos.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor performance, analyse analytics, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Integrated Marketing Initiatives
- Create and deliver marketing collaterals including performance ads, presentations/decks, videos, and social media assets.
- Support online reputation management (ORM) initiatives.
- Assist in the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns.
- GTM Strategy
- Contribute to the planning and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives for product launches, campaigns, and business verticals.
- Ensure marketing activities align with broader business objectives and brand positioning.
- Cross-functional Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, design, etc.) to understand requirements and deliver effective marketing solutions.
- Act as a bridge between teams to streamline communication and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Requirements:-
- 2 to 5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of GTM strategy execution and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content tools, and analytics/reporting dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
