We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to work across Pawzz Foundation and a new community-driven platform we're building for the animal ecosystem.
Pawzz Foundation has been actively working on-ground in animal welfare through feeding drives, rescue support, medical aid, awareness initiatives, and community-driven action. As we grow, we're also building a larger platform to improve trust, visibility, and access across the animal care space.
This role is for someone who can capture impact, create strong digital storytelling, and help build a brand that feels both real and meaningful.
You'd be a good fit if you can:
- Create engaging reels, stories, carousels, and social content
- Cover on-ground work, shoots, campaigns, and founder-led content
- Be available for occasional weekend shoots
- Work fast, think creatively and execute independently
- Bring sensitivity toward animal welfare / social impact storytelling
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in animal welfare, social impact, NGO, community-led, or purpose-driven work.
- Genuine interest in storytelling around animals, people, community, and grassroots impact.
- Familiarity with content tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Ability to create content that is both aesthetically strong and performance-oriented.
- Someone who can balance emotional storytelling with informative and strategic content.
What we're looking for:
We'd love to work with someone who is:
- Creative and dependable.
- Fast with execution.
- Thoughtful about storytelling.
- Comfortable around animals and real on-ground environments.
- Excited to contribute to both an established foundation and a growing new platform.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience covering field work, events, rescue stories, or documentary-style content.
- Worked with founders/personal brands before.
- A portfolio featuring reels, social campaigns, or community-led brand storytelling.
- Prior exposure to animal welfare or related causes
